Privacy policy
We collect only the data you send through our request form, to answer you and prepare a quote. Suppliers we consult receive your request without your name or contact details. This policy applies the Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) for visitors in the European Union and Moroccan law 09-08 on the protection of personal data.

Data we collect
Through the request form:
- your company, country, website, business email address and the name of the contact person;
- your request: products, quantities, specification, packaging, annual volume, end use, certifications required, destination market, desired lead time, and your message if you write one;
- technical information: page language, page of origin, the source of your visit (campaign parameters in the address), and an anti-spam check.
The site has no user account. It sets no tracking cookie without your consent.
Purposes and legal bases
- Answering your request and preparing a quote: steps taken at your request before a contract (GDPR, Article 6(1)(b)).
- Consulting suppliers with your request, anonymised: your consent, given by ticking the box on the form, which you can withdraw at any time.
- Following up our business relationship once you have ordered: performance of the contract.
Anonymised transmission to partner producers
Your request is passed on without your contact details to partner producers. They receive only the product, the quantity, the specification, the packaging and the lead time. They never receive your name, your company, your contact details or your precise country.

You may access, rectify and erase your data, object to or restrict its processing, receive it in a portable format, and withdraw your consent at any time. Cookies
No tracking or audience-measurement cookie is set before you accept it in the banner. The only cookie set without consent records your choice (cookie_consent, six months). Refusing changes nothing on the site. You can change your choice at any time with the « Cookie settings » button at the bottom of each page.
