How we work: we trade, we do not produce
- We qualify at least two suppliers per ingredient, with samples, certificates of analysis and a signed purchase contract.
- For your order, we fix the specification you accepted, sample the actual batch ourselves and have it analysed.
- A batch that does not match the specification is rejected. The partner who did not prepare the batch reviews the file and signs its release.
- We invoice you and ship under our name, with EU-format documents. Suppliers are never disclosed: you deal with one accountable company.
